Sesame Ginger & Greens

A savory, Asian-inspired way to eat your greens.


½ bag of Eat Smart’s Hearty Greens Blend

1 Tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp ginger, minced

1 tsp garlic, minced

1 Tbsp soy sauce

2 Tbsp scallions, thinly sliced

2 tsp sesame seeds

2 Tbsp crispy shallots or fried onions (optional)


Heat large skillet over medium high heat. Add sesame oil. When sesame oil is hot, add garlic, ginger, and greens blend. Cook until greens are slightly wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Add soy sauce, and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Place in serving bowl and top with scallions, sesame seeds, and crispy shallots (if using). Serve immediately.
